About the Position:
We need a actively hiring for an energetic, passionate, and detail-oriented IT Technician to provide overall technical support in our NC office and branches. If you are a team player and like to serve well, you could be an ideal candidate for this position.
Job Responsibilities:

• Setup new IT hardware
• Create and administer network user accounts
• Administer VoIP phone system
• Maintain server room organization
• Order supplies and parts
• Extend software and hardware support for employees
• Maintain software licenses
• Administer server and workstation equipment
• Support Pureflow's Online Monitoring Service
• Set up of new monitoring sites
• Develop new graphs and system reports
• Update existing accounts as needed
• Develop and maintain responsibilities checklist
• 3 or more years of experience in the business computer service field
• An Associate degree or Technical certification in the computer service field
• Previous experience in MS Windows domain networking
• Web development skills are a plus (programming capability including html, C#, php, sql, etc.)
