About the opportunity: We are looking for sharp, experienced, and customer results driven types of people with 3 to 5 years of hardware-fix resolutions.






Basic qualifications:


-Customer support experience in a ticketing system environment

-Hardware experience

-Electrical equipment troubleshooting

-Linux and scripting experience

-IP networking experience





Must be able to work evening/weekend shifts if needed.





Education:

-4 year degree preferred
