Our customer, a prestigious automotive group in the Greater Atlanta area, is currently seeking a Sr Management Consultant, with background in automotive digital transformation, to join their team on a long term, direct hire basis.

Job Duties:
As Manager, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact client performance by:
• Being an integral member of client engagement teams and taking responsibility for delivering meaningful results
• Leading information gathering, analysis, problem solving and change management
• Providing expert facilitation of client meetings, workshops, and training
• Generating client deliverables of the highest quality
• Serving as a key point of contact for the client, at all levels of their organization
• Providing inspired mentoring and guidance to clients and consulting team members
• Maintaining a professional network and identifying new project opportunities
• Contributing to the development and presentation of client proposals
• Enhancing and training our company’s concepts, methods, and tools for achieving innovation, digital transformation, and operational excellence results
• Contributing to the development of articles, event presentations and other thought pieces

• Bachelor’s and/or advanced degree in engineering, science, computer science, mathematics or a related technical field
• A Master of Business Administration degree or advanced degree in a related field of management science
• Minimum of seven years of professional work experience in both management consultancies and industry - automotive digital transformation or related
• Two or more years of experience with large-scale digital transformation initiatives
• Two or more years of experience in business development
• Planning, organization, and project management experience
• A high level of business acumen and consultative expertise
• Professionalism in all client and internal interactions
• Ability to engage and motivate client personnel at all levels
• Pragmatic and an implementation oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ideal candidate is:
