Our client in the Atlanta, GA area is currently seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join their team on a long term direct hire basis.

This role acts as a strategic partner providing guidance and support to the Senior Leadership Team. This role is responsible to manage all local company HR activities as well as the activities implemented in close cooperation with other HR divisions within our company. The overall objectives are to help ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, to provide assistance regarding the achievement of the goals, and to deliver support services to the consulting areas.

Job Duties:
• Executes HR activities in close cooperation with company HR related to the full lifecycle of recruitment, e.G. To source candidates, attend job fairs, conduct phone screening, coordinate and conduct interviews, schedule assessments, create offer letters
• Serves as a strategic business partner to Senior Leadership team on applicable HR-related issues through coaching, counseling, and advising management on “ hire for fit” initiatives
• Drives the partnerships with all our divisions, acting as liaison to implement any required North
• American Human Resource and/or corporate activities, e.G. Trainings, events, communications

• Conducts new hire onboarding and orientation, facilitating and developing the understanding and application of our vision, mission, strategy, principles, culture, and values
• Contributes to the continuous development of our HR strategies and initiatives, developing the annual review and plan regarding job performance and satisfaction, providing ideas and suggestions for major directions to strengthen our organization, and leading specific improvement initiatives and projects
• Contributes to the continuous development of our employees’ skills that are recognized and of value to our clients and are focused on enhancing career potential. Implements and coordinates company specific employee development programs and training
• Tracks, analyzes, and reports recruiting metrics. Presents to management as required
• Develops, interprets, and administers HR policies & procedures and legal compliance. Ensures clear communication and equitable application of policies. Conducts exit interviews, and identifies areas of risk. Provides recommendations to minimize company exposure while promoting a positive workplace and driving business results
• Provides a high level of customer service (internal and external) in employee-related and administrative tasks
• Serves as a point of contact for diverse non-critical employee-related inquiries; including, but not limited to relocation, equipment, paid time off, PAL/pool car, team events, photos, badges, business cards, profiles, etc.
• Builds relationships and networks with a variety of sources to support the organization’ s growth, e.G. Internal service providers and external immigration counsel to obtain necessary work permits
• Participates and leads our HR business related portion of HR Information System selection, implementation and ongoing support

• Bachelor’ s Degree with a focus in Human Resources or equivalent experience in a related discipline
• MBA in HR or related field strongly preferred
• SCP or PHR Certification is a plus
• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Strong foundational knowledge and capabilities of full-cycle recruiting
• Working knowledge of state and federal HR laws
• German language is a plus
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Ability to handle strictly confidential information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate independently with wide degree of latitude and exercise sound judgement
• Fundamentals of Human Resource Management
