Sales Support Representative

Our client in Kennesaw is looking for a Sales Support Representative to join their growing team. The successful candidate will support 7 sales reps throughout the central and eastern region.

Responsibilities and skill set of the candidate include the following:

  • Enter customer RFQ’s (Request for Quotes) into Excel worksheet or ERP database
  • Upload completed RFQ’s into Sales Force
  • Enter Sales Force Opportunities for sales team members as needed
  • Update Sales Force stages as the sale process requires
  • Enter Sales Orders for Account Managers as a back-up resource
  • Support Account Managers as needed with additional requests
  • Strong attention to detail & customer focused attitude
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in excel (v/pt)
  • Ability to successfully juggle multiple tasks without losing composure
  • Basic mathematical abilities and comfort in working with numbers and dimensions
  • Sales Force experience a plus
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus
