TRC’s client who is a leader in the mortgage industry has an immediate need for a Sales support professional to join their team! You will have the opportunity to work closely with leaders in the organization and assist on a variety of projects including NMLS, Annual recertification's, marketing materials, solicitation flyers, client management and more! This opportunity offers the chance to improve your skills while working with a great team and organization. Education and/or Experience:
Requires a broad knowledge of the overall mortgage environment with primary focus in new customer setup. Experience equivalent to a related degree (Business Management) and 3+ years of mortgage experience.
Graphic Design experience: Power Point Publisher
Ability to read and interpret documents such as TPO Guidelines, TPO policy/procedures, and Company Policy.
Good operating knowledge of compensation agreements and high cost loans. Skills in reviewing broker’s financials and verifying total assets.
