Reports to: Sales Manager
Principle Purpose of Position: Sales extended automotive warranties directly to consumers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive 100-200 inbound phone calls per 8 shifts.
Qualify potential customers' interested in the purchase of an extended automotive warranty.
Maintain a closed sale percentage of 13%.
The Department operates Monday- Friday from 8: 00 am- 7: 00 pm and on Saturday from 9: 00 am- 2: 00 pm. The standard work week is 50-60 hours per week to be completed in 5-6 days of work. Note: Saturday shifts may be only once of twice per month as our Sales Department staff grows.
Ensure all policies and procedures are maintained and implemented.
Recommend and share successful sales approaches with co-workers and management to add the success of the entire company.
Strive to increase rapport with customers.
Basic data entry and documentation of inbound customer calls.
Compensation and Opportunities
Sales Representatives can earn $60, 000- $90, 000 per year.
Successful Sales Representatives have virtually unlimited earning potential.
