Delivery, installation, implementation, and support of' third-party software products and services in the U.S. And around the world. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide Gold Client user training in a classroom and one-an-one setting.
• Act as secondary customer contact for the following:
o Support (full-lifecycle troubleshooting and resolution), and
o Maintenance (product updates).
• Work Closely with Product Manager to organize and document delivery and support
efforts.
• Provide customers with short term/remote consulting services related to software and other areas of SAP expertise as necessary.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should have a good understanding of the SAP data model and a minimum of three (3) years successful hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: SAP Techno-functional, BASIS, BI/BW, or other component of the mySAP application stack (CRM, SRM, APO, SCM, etc.). Intermediate to expert PC skills including: Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Professional. Some experience with CRM software is preferred (Filemaker Pro, Gold Mine, Salesforce). Role requirements are:

Understanding of SAP application architecture including Web Application Server and Netweaver.
Aptitude to quickly learn new technologies including OS and database platforms (i.E., Oracle, DB/2).
Some experience with or ability to quickly learn SAP tools such as SAP DBA, CCMS, and SQL Trace.
Good operating systems knowledge (Unix, Linux, Windows, and/or OS X) and database management systems (Oracle, DB2, SQLServer, and/or my SQL) administration.

Qualifications (continued)
Experience in setting up and troubleshooting issues with the Transport Management System.
Excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication and teamwork skills.
Proven project management skills (create timelines, achieve milestones, and meet deadlines).
Ability to work in a team environment, onsite and remotely, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
Technical documentation, organizational and technical presentation skills.
Ability to travel nationally and internationally, up to 35-45%.
