Our customer in the Atlanta, GA area is currently seeking an RSM to join their team on a long term, direct hire basis.
Job Duties:
• Provide subject matter expertise for financial services with respect to the planning and development of sales and incentive programs and/or related brand initiatives required to achieve the department’ s sales objectives
• Monitor core products (finance and lease) to ensure competitiveness and develop recommendations for product enhancements
• Assist in the development of pricing recommendations for core products
• Provide reporting regarding product/program utilization and effectiveness for all standard and special products or programs
• Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of all our department’ s financing programs
• Manage the development of a Dealer Recognition Program that strengthens dealer relations and support
• Develop and maintain a program that rewards dealer loyalty
• Assist in the development, launch, management, and analysis of national F&I incentives when needed
• Develop and implement programs that enhance customer retention
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’ s Degree in a related field required. MBA or Graduate degree preferred
• 10+ years automotive industry experience with 2-3 years brand and/or program management experience within the financial services industry
• Must possess working knowledge of captive finance operations (underwriting, funding, collections, customer service, remarketing, sales) and an understanding of dealership operations
• Automotive OEM experience preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Proven initiative and creativity
• Commitment to excellence - quality driven
