Our customer in the Carrollton, GA area is currently seeking two process trainers on a long term, direct hire basis.

Job Duties:
• Partner with plant leaders of all levels to develop strategic HR initiatives that business needs
• Create and deploy development initiates to strengthen operations and enhance the effectiveness of associates at all levels.
• Be creative and show energy/enthusiasm when training
• Responsible for assisting with the development with the effectiveness of all training programs
• Responsible for administering and facilitating associate engagement activities (Newsletters, team building events, etc.)
• Ensure development plans are met and training and / or other programs are made available to increase associate skill set(s)
• Develop & articulate concepts to the leadership team
• Work effectively with full spectrum of workforce (including production to senior leaders)
• Help develop the SOP (standard operating procedure)
• Create creative and engaging training material
• Train all associates (Ex: Build a classroom setting— create a guide of all processes for employees to follow)

Daily Tasks Performed:
• Engage/Partner with leadership team
• Work with limited supervision/ Be self-motivated
• Create training and development
• Execute process improvement on themes/projects assigned
• Work with other company groups
• Perform other HR tasks as needed

• Bachelor’ s Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in training delivery and materials development, preferred, and preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of human behavior/performance
• Strong knowledge of instructional methods & training techniques including curriculum designing principles, learning theory, group and individual teaching techniques, design of individual development plans and test design principles
• Experience maintaining training schedules
• Excellent public speaking
• Self-motivated
• Strong problems solving skills
• Ability to mulita-task &change direction based on needs
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Strong planning and project management skills
• Strong oral, written communication & interpersonal skills
