TRC has an exciting opportunity to be apart of a growing organization while owning the marketing initiatives. Looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit that desires to grow and develop in an accelerated fashion as our client is expecting huge growth with the addition of this position.

Essential Functions:
Marketing & Public Relations
• Work closely with the executive team to carry out strategies and programs to promote the company and increase sales.
• Manage creative communications and marketing ideas from conception to fruition.
• Oversee the daily promotion of products; coordinate plans and marketing activities to enhance company's image as a premier hospitality supplier
• Assist with the coordination, execution and follow up of tradeshows and other special events
• Create, gather, organize and update content regularly for marketing channels, including weekly email blasts, website and social media content and presentation materials
• Spearhead the company’s media relations efforts, including story creation and placement on traditional and online media channels
• Manage vendors as needed for the design and printing of materials

Position Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or English.

Experience:
Minimum of three years in Marketing Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field.

Special Skills:
Public speaking, AP Style, web and social media fluency.

Required: Thorough understanding of MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook); WordPress, Mass email platforms like Mailchimp and/or Constant Contact, Communication skills and networking ability
