TRC Professional Solutions, on behalf of the Client, is hiring for a Finance Manager, for a direct hire opportunity in the Greater Atlanta area.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the position supports the manufacturing Finance function as well as Sales and Business Management to provide accurate and timely financial reporting and key decision support to the business.
•Assist facility operational controllers with commercial components of month-end close
•Provide leadership and mentorship to accounting/financial specialists supporting position objectives
•Support Director of Finance in ensuring balance sheets are accurate and accounts are reconciled as required
•Consolidate and prepare monthly information on division-wide working capital, scorecard info, etc.
•Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting requirements for the division and Corporate Finance
•Prepare budget, forecasts and long range plans for sales organization
•Ensure Sarbanes Oxley compliance across organization
•Work closely with the supply chain organization in the areas of inventory management, transportation and planning
•Report on monthly sales variances to plan, forecasts and prior year with pricing, volume, and mix details
•Support ad-hoc profitability analytics for sales, operational and supply chain organizations
•Support sales organization on sales, margin and all aspects of SG&A, including the Sales Incentive Plan
•Liaison with collections, sales and customer service to resolve customer payment discrepancies
•Travel as required up to 15% - within GA and a couple nearby states, but very minimal
BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE:
•Ideally 7 or more years’ experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE:
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
•MBA or CPA a plus
•Ability to demonstrate excellent analytical skills
•Dynamic, flexible team player with the ability to work in cross-functional teams
•Project management skills
•Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
•Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
•Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Outlook
•SAP experience preferred
•Initiative / Self-Motivated
