Take ownership and modernize an IT Service Management Program for a Seattle area healthcare leader. The initial priority is to migrate the service to a current-level platform and top user experience level. Ongoing ownership includes developing, maintaining, monitoring, and constantly improving service agreements between IT and Business Partners across the enterprise.

Ownership also includes:

  • Providing service quality guidance to business/IT leadership through dashboards
  • Monitor SLA's
  • Consulting departments, support teams, and stakeholders and define Best Practices
  • Drive continuous improvement
  • Provide standard (Best Practices) process definitions

Required Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of developing, deploying and managing ITIL support processes
  • Advanced IT or Engineering degree
  • Managing internal and vendors and support teams
  • Scoping processes and protocols
  • Managing stakeholder expectations
  • Experience with ITSM related roles
