NetSuite Administrator

This position is responsible for supporting all NetSuite administration. These include all supporting applications as well as other products determined to be essential to the operation of the organization. The position is also responsible for maintaining availability of critical information for all employees and customers as well as suggesting and/or implementing new application solutions that are approved. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the integrity of corporate applications and communicating with other lines of business to ensure optimal service levels and resolving any issues that arise during the course of business.


Application Design
Collaborating extensively with project team members
Providing analytical support throughout the project lifecycle
Develop technology requirements regarding new business operations, new technology, business process changes, and external vendor support
Assess and administrate software requirements, functional requirements, training materials/support knowledge items, and other technology documents in order to facilitate successful implementation of technical business solutions
Advocate for projects and customer needs throughout project lifecycle
Planning and support for project/application testing/updating

Application Configuration
Manage work on multiple projects against a series of interdependent milestones, resources, and technological constraints working with project teams who may have conflicting priorities and assignments
Configure systems with specific fields and data to meet the business requirements.
Manage system security and access requests
Manage the requests for reporting requirements

Application Support
Managing resolution of technical issues
Troubleshooting complex internal and web based applications
Training of end users and other support staff
Management of access, employee profile setup, security administration, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Findi creative solutions to common problems, utilizing NetSuite’s Developer tools
Balancing user and staff feedback with best practices to develop and maintain a unified experience consistent with our brand and company culture
Support and cross-train with other technical staff to ensure a wide knowledge base.
Broad knowledge of common development tools (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
Knowledge of NetSuite’s ERP architecture (SuiteBuilder, SuiteScript, SuiteBundler, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to research and resolve problems using a variety of resources and tools
Education: 3+ years work experience. Professional Certifications preferred but not required. A combination of experience, certifications, and education will be considered


Work is performed in an operational office environment. Working conditions and hours may vary based on production and business needs, including working regular shifts as outlined and/or occasional weekends, on call hours or overtime, if needed.
