Our customer in the West Atlanta area is currently looking for an HR Manager with extensive manufacturing knowledge and experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of successful HR Management experience, 7-15 years of HR experience, and be a true innovator and leader.

Job Duties:
-Recruiting responsibilities for GA and Ohio facilities
-Hiring, retention, discipline, and termination for GA facility

-Employee relations expert

-Managerial development and training expert
-Maintains compliance with all applicable HR laws as well as industry standards such as TS1694, ISO 14001
-Long term staffing strategy
-Pay and job classification
-Facilitates training for legal compliance
-Manages health and safety with assistance of Safety/Environmental Coordinator
- Manages treatment for workers comp associates
-Manages workers comp treatment and legal issues related to case
- Assists with Wellness Program
-Leads HR improvement initiatives, and manages additional projects as assigned

Prefer candidates with the following education and experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in safety-related field or equivalent experience with managing safety programs.
- Familiarity with OSHA law and regulations.
