SUMMARY
The Electronics Technician is responsible for the maintenance of the existing operations and assists Maintenance Coordinator in equipment upgrades, expansions, and improvements to the facility. Supports Maintenance Coordinator in insuring environmental compliance and reporting to state and federal agencies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following. Other duties might be assigned:

A member of the maintenance team consisting of individuals who are multi-skilled, cross trained on all process equipment, and self-directed within pre-established operational boundaries
Responsible for minimizing equipment downtime through the completing of preventative and predictive maintenance in a timely manner
Performs repairs, PM and troubleshooting of all plant equipment
Assists in the installation and start-up of equipment including set-up, testing, measuring and analyzing equipment operations
Manages parts inventory; ordering, receiving, stocking, and coordinating with vendors
Assist with productivity, safety, and waste improvements
Helps ensure environmental compliance with all applicable regulations
Monitors production processes, evaluating proper functioning of equipment and processes and makes recommendations for improvement
In conjunction with the maintenance team, perform maintenance on all
production machinery (i.E. Rotogravure printing presses, Flexographic printing presses, Coating/Laminating lines, Slitting machines, Packaging machines, Die Cutters, etc.) and
auxiliary equipment (i.E. Air compressors, Chillers, Air-handlers, Hot oil system, Oxidizer, Wash system, Ink dispensing system, Building, etc.) on a multi-shift basis
