Job Description


$75k-$80k / year


  • Conceptualize and design digital campaigns that include: site, editorial content, advertising, social media, mobile apps and in-store digital experiences

  • Help define the brands visual standards in the form of design, photography, styling, lifestyle, user experience, e-commerce and user interface design

  • Utilizing thorough design and UX background, assist digital and sales teams in digital shelf optimization across a broad array of partner e-commerce sites

  • Manage digital design team with an eye toward developing their craft and career growth

  • Maintain brand style guidelines and ensure design consistency across projects

  • Design best-in-class digital experiences based on the principles of design and usability

  • Look for ways to evolve the user experience in the form of smart design solutions, useful, customer-centric digital marketing tools and interactions

  • Produce emails and advertising that utilize cutting edge digital marketing techniques

  • Support strategies to drive site performance and KPI results through creative content

  • Produce, evolve and consistently innovate the design treatments, templates and visual content of our sites and marketing materials

  • Develop and maintain requirements, documentation and processes for all digital design projects

  • Produce digital assets as appropriate for new templates and emails

  • Establish a test and learn culture within the design team and relentlessly test new concepts and challenge assumptions

  • Work with internal partners to deliver final assets into production environment

  • Provide and seek out constructive feedback on each project


  • 10+ years experience creating and optimizing graphics for the web

  • BA/AA in Digital or Graphic Design

  • Develop designs in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality

  • Possess a passion for design in the digital and social media space

  • Consistently up to speed with current online design best practices such as mobile-first, responsive web design, and email templates

  • Self-starter who is highly motivated and driven to succeed

  • Excellent collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven experience with email marketing platforms with Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience a plus

  • Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and workstreams while effectively managing changing priorities

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders from cross functional teams

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically

  • Understanding of how to integrate marketing into an operations environment

  • Demonstrated experience thriving in a data-driven organization

  • Ability to analyze and assess organizational needs and provide solutions accordingly

  • Highly organized and detail oriented

  • Great team player; but also adept at operating effectively independently

  • Extensive knowledge of web browsers and publishing programs. HTML, CSS, JavaScript a plus

  • Power user of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and equivalents

  • Strong proficiency in collaboration platforms such as Google Apps, Dropbox, Slack, etc.

  • Strong retouching abilities

  • Experience in video editing with proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Final Cut Pro
