If so, then TRC Staffing may have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently looking for motivated, hard-working and customer service driven individuals for our client in Montgomery, AL. This is a full-time position that can offer experience and growth with a great company.

Job Duties Include:

  • Answer inbound calls regarding customer accounts
  • Provide basic product troubleshooting and technical assistance as needed
  • Assist customers in making changes to billing plans and activating new services
  • Negotiate payment arrangements for past due accounts, process payments and restore service
  • Take payments and set up payment arrangements

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service experience required. Call center experience is a plus!
  • Superb communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette
  • Able to be flexible and work varying shifts and schedules
  • Basic computer knowledge, including typing, data entry and Microsoft Office

Schedule Requirements:

  • Must be available to work EVERY weekend as needed
  • Must have flexibility to work up until 11:00pm
  • Must be able to work up to 10-hour shifts
