Customer Accounts Representative

This is a full-time position that can offer experience and growth with a great company.
- Answer inbound calls regarding customer accounts
- Provide basic product troubleshooting and technical assistance as needed
- Assist customers in making changes to billing plans and activating new services
- Negotiate payment arrangements for past due accounts, process payments and restore service
- Take payments and set up payment arrangements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service experience required. Call center experience is a plus!
- Superb communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette
- Able to be flexible and work varying shifts and schedules
- Basic computer knowledge, including typing, data entry and Microsoft Office
- Must be available to work EVERY weekend as needed
- Must have flexibility to work up until 11:00pm
- Must be able to work up to 10-hour shifts
- Base pay + incentive pay based on attendance and performance
