TRC is currently seeking at contract recruiter in the Atlanta area.
You will be:
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection of candidates for various Corporate Functions, including the sourcing and selection process, screening and pre-qualifying applicants and interviewing.
- Identify, source and head-hunt candidates through direct targeting, industry networking methods, job boards and social media sites.
- Prepare and deliver all required feedback and correspondence to applicant/candidates.
- Collaborate with managers and HR to understand the skills required for each position in order to effectively match candidates to organizational needs.
- Ensure the ATS is fully utilized and updated to allow for accurate reporting and effective on boarding.
- Support in meeting all legal and ethical standards.
- Work in partnership with your peers to deliver an improved candidate experience at all times.
What we re looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of full lifecycle, global corporate recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines; Technology, Sales, Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, etc.
- Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and Human Resources Partners.
- Experience documenting and tracking the full lifecycle recruitment process within an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
- Spanish language skills a plus.
