Client Accounting Services (CAS) Senior
our client, located near Buckhead, is seeking a highly motivated Client Accounting Services Senior. The CAS Senior is responsible for supporting a full range of services, including, but not limited to, overseeing Virtual and CAS staff, preparing financial statements, and preparing and reviewing payroll and property tax returns.

Manages accounts payable function for Multiple clients:
• Assist the staff with research to resolve AP-related issues as needed.
• Assist the staff with reconciliations of multi-transactional vendor invoices (AMEX, FEDEX, Ga Messenger).
• Assist the staff with the month-end close and required reporting including reconciliation of detail AP report to general ledger.
• Support general accounting functions as needed; strong knowledge of excel required.
Manages accounts receivable function for multiple clients:
• Assist the staff with the month-end close and required reporting including reconciliation of detail AR report to general ledger.
• Review monthly sales tax returns.

Other Areas of Responsibility
• Oversee bank account reconciliations.
• Oversee general ledger reconciliations and journal entries.
• Train and become an expert in Intacct and Bill.Com, among other applications.
• Assist in the client on-boarding process including developing reports and dashboards.
• Assist with Intacct and other outside resources in the conversion of clients to the Intacct system.
• Review annual 1099s, quarterly payroll and household payroll returns.
• Prepare or review business personal property tax returns.
• Prepare financial statements under SSARS 21.
• Prepare compiled financial statements.
• Other projects and functions as requested.

Skills & Experience
• 5-7 years of experience with compilation review and compiling/reviewing financial statements is required.
• Organized, with strong time management skills.
• Intermediate level PC skills with focus on Excel (including pivot and VLOOKUP).
• Experience with QuickBooks, Intacct and MAS software.
• Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Record of good judgment and ability to know when to escalate issues.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
