Call Center Agents

TRC Staffing is currently looking for energetic Call Center Agents for our client in Montgomery, AL! As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for direct communication with customers, providing information about products and answering customer inquiries. This is a full-time position and we are seeking candidates who demonstrate responsibility and are looking for a career, not just a job!
- Answer inbound inquiries regarding consumer services/products/accounts.
- Answer billing inquiries and process payments.
- De-escalate and resolve customer complaints.
- Update and document customer information and interactions in the database.
- Prior customer service experience is required
- Prior call center experience is a plus!
- Ability to work a flexible shift, including weekends as necessary
- Exceptional communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, typing, data entry and dual-monitor navigation
- High School Diploma or GED required
