Job Description


This role is responsible for leading projects across diverse business and functional areas to strategically transform Global Cellular infrastructure to operate in ways which are more effective and efficient.

A successful candidate will:

  • Lead change throughout business operations
  • Work with Program Management Office to develop and execute business operations project plans
  • Work with Business Operations leadership and the team to execute departmental projects
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for business operations
  • Understand the overall vision for the organization and translate that into actionable project plans for the department
  • Require minimal supervision and understand when leadership escalation is necessary
  • Leverage business acumen and teamwork skills to develop project budgets, schedules, risk assessments and mitigation plans for projects
  • Monitor the progress of the project and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
  • Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
  • Provide expertise and insight to guide and advise the key stakeholders
  • Take accountability for the success of the project, identifying help needed, and creating confidence during difficult projects
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor s degree required in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3+ years minimum project or program management experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing employees
  • Experience with ERP systems (Preferably NetSuite)


  • Strong initiative and leadership capability
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross functional environment
  • Ability to build teams and work with a diverse group
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven problem solving and technical skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities
  • Broad technical knowledge relevant in Microsoft Office, database management, accounting, and network connectivity
  • Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision.
