Benefits Manager

The Benefits Manager will support the Director and Head of Rewards in the implementation of compensation and benefits program for the region.

Position Summary:

  • Review and implementation of the pay allowances/benefits policy and process
  • Manages salary planning and annual merit increase cycle within the region
  • Manages the relationships with key providers, prepares data and participates in surveys
  • Conducts job evaluation of positions and liaise with the business units to ensure job evaluations are entered in the system
  • Manages the global job architecture and catalog for the entire region
  • Deploys the broadbanding project and maintains cost analyses and implementation
  • Participates in the global benefits audit
  • Oversees administration of compensation and benefits program
  • Prepares employee communication materials related to compensation and benefits
  • Acts as an advisor to the regional HR Director on US and NC employment law
  • Supports the regional HR Director within the generalist function of the region

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of compensation/ benefits experience with exposure to international tax regulations
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably with a finance or commerce background
  • Certification in HR/Compensation preferred
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Experience in job evaluation and grading (Hay Group, WTW, Mercer)
  • Advanced MS Office
  • Strong analytical skills
