Administrative Support Person needed for an insurance company who will handle internal and external phone and email support.
• Provide assistance to internal and external clients in resolving orders
• Diagnosing customer problems
• Contributing to achieving operational goals in business operations activities
• Provide reports that measure the quality and quantity of work performed
• Automate day to day tasks, as needed, to facilitate more efficient processes and reliable operations
Technical Skills Required
• Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
Person must be very comfortable writing and distributing reports to management team.
