Job Description

TRC Professional Solutions, on behalf of the Client, is hiring for an Account Manager / Account Specialist to serve as the point of contact for all client interactions and be responsible and accountable for all services and support of any assigned accounts.
This is a contract to hire opportunity (with the opportunity to convert to perm after 3-4 months) with competitive salary and bonus potential. Excellent company culture, with fantastic career growth potential and benefits!

Responsibilities:

  • Communication, implementation, delivery of products and services, and management of specific, on-going projects.
  • Provides exceptional service and daily support to designated clients on products, services and initiatives.
  • Take phone calls and emails from designated clients, managing the resolution of client issues throughout various departments.
  • Receive and answer product-related and procedural questions.
  • Supports sales force for designated accounts.
  • Generate, reconcile, and provide routine and/or ad hoc reports to designated clients.
  • Orchestrates new product launches to market:
  • Develop project plans; schedule timelines, and effectively communicate project expectations to direct manager, team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Initiate, manage, execute system set-up for new clients/accounts.
  • Develop new and updates current marketing, training and point of sale material.
  • Manages supply ordering & product inventory for designated clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3+ years of proven Account Management experience
  • Marketing, communications and automotive finance industry, or related industry knowledge a plus.
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel (must be able to pass a test upon interview request).
  • Superior communication skills, strong analytical & problem solving skills and project management skills.
  • PREFERRED: Bilingual with ability to speak, read and write English and Spanish in a business setting.
